Our Next Season Together!
It’s our hope that this new model will provide greater opportunity for people to really connect with, worship, and receive from God; for us to get to know each other better as a community and dream together about what the next stage of our church life will look like; and for us to have fun, barbecuing and playing lawn games.
It’s our dream that during this time people who need refreshing will receive it, that people who need connection to the vision of the church will find it, and that all of us, bonded more tightly as a vibrant community of faith, will be better equipped to run a dynamic church that helps the greater Northampton area experience life-changing faith in Jesus like never before.
We’ll be starting out meeting in Brent and LeAnna’s home. If that proves too small or inopportune for any reason, we’ll move on from there! If any of you have been inspired by places we could meet in Northampton – even if that’s your own home – please let us know what you’ve thought of. We’re open to suggestions.
You are all welcome to come with us on this next leg of the adventure! We’d love for you to think and pray about your involvement, but also feel free to stop by, check it out, and see if its going to be a good fit for you. And if not, we love you, we’ll miss you, but we understand. Feel free to jump back in at any point in the future.
Here’s the preliminary schedule:
Sunday May 25th, Memorial Day Weekend Barbecue at Brent and LeAnna’s home (feel free to bring food to share), 64 Waldo St, Holyoke, Noon
Sundays in June: 10:30am, Gathering at Brent and LeAnna’s – for prayer, worship, conversation, who knows what else, and, you guessed it, barbecue to follow. Feel free to bring something to share – spiritual or food!
Sundays after June: TBD – Let’s be in conversation about this!
